Eligibility: Beginners with a minimum of 3 years industry experience

Assessment:  1/2 hour multiple choice proctored examination

Lean Sigma Green Belt

Eligibility: a post secondary qualification and Yellow Belt certification, or a minimum of 5 years industry experience

Assessment:  1 hour online examination, and a business project that has been piloted or has gone live with some data analysis techniques applied to the project.

Maintenance of certification: minimum of two hours of CPD annually, available gratis from IFQM Online or IFQM CPD. CPD is also available through CPD provider partners

Lean Sigma Black Belt

Eligibility: a tertiary qualification and Green Belt certification or a minimum of 7 years industry experience and Green Belt certification.

Assessment:  Online Examination open book of the 5 module of the DMAIC phases with two projects that have been piloted or have gone live. Each of these projects must have multiple business benefits with in depth data analysis.

Maintenance of certification: minimum of four hours of CPD annually, available gratis from IFQM Online or IFQM CPD. CPD is also available through CPD provider partners
